Samsung is no dummy, they read the Apple rumor sites just like you and me. That’s probably why they’ve decided to take the plunge and announce a series of “professional” branded Galaxy tablets before Apple even has a chance to hint at that long expected iPad Pro. We don’t have a lot of information just yet, but Samsung’s already flaunting both the Galaxy Tab Pro as well as the Galaxy Note Pro at the South Hall of Las Vegas Convention Center at CES today.
We don’t have much information to go on just yet, but by the looks of it both tablets will run a souped up – and, dare we say it, Windows 8-inspired, version of TouchWiz on top of Android. The Note Pro will definitely come equipped with stylus support, just as all Galaxy Note devices before it, while the Galaxy Tab will likely see shrunken specs and a more affordable price.
We’ll be sure to bring you the latest on Samsung’s exciting new lineup of tablets as we know more. Keep an eye out – CES has yet to even begin.
