Google has today made the Google-edition HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4, which offers a Nexus experience on the excellent hardware designed by HTC and the ok-but insanely powerful hardware by Samsung, available on the Google Play Store. Both were unveiled on or around Google’s I/O 2013 developer conference, offering a stock Android experience to those who purchase the new devices. Both are GSM only phones, meaning you’ll have to have either AT&T or T-Mobile to jump on board.
Price wise you’ll be paying an arm and a leg for these bad boys, unfortunately – the HTC One runs at $649 while the Samsung Galaxy S4 will cost you an equally hard to swallow $599. Still, that’s not such a bad price to pay for a Google supported Android phone with some amazing hardware, is it?
